I booked a 9am appointment to have access to my car in the afternoon, yet the work wasn't complete until nearly 6pm, despite being told on the day that if I arrived by 5pm (which I did) it would be ready. I am now out of pocket for travel expenses.

Our vehicle arrived at the dealership via roadside assistance because of an intermittent safety issue. The service department (Charlotte) were expecting us. Our concerns were listened to and understood. Hopefully a software update will have fixed it.

The oil was not full on the oil change. For a £230 oil change I expect it to be full. The car was washed as part of the service and had not been dried properly so there were splodges everywhere including the windshield. There was also a scratch

Would seem left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Also if you have oil change offer of free oil, not offered. Main gripe is £350 + vat for steam clean of engine, appears just one part of engine cleaned, the rest filthy.

I was looked after by Hollis who booked my car in. I was sent a video of the health check which I found really helpful. Hollis then kept me updated with progress reports and a time to suit myself to collect the car. Great service

Couple of gripes I wouldn't expect with a premium brand: 1) no availability of a courtesy car, neither was offered a lift to or from the garage. In the past I had been given a lift 2) had to call to get a pickup time on my car.

Overall I was very satisfied and should be 5 stars was it not for the fact that my rear seats were very wet when I got into my car, which showed that the windows had been left open during the service/cleaning when it was parked.

For the reasons above, there were so many mistakes and oversights on my car's repair work. The only saving grace is that I was not left without a car, the team did put me in a replacement car and they did rectify the work that was outstanding.

Managed to resolve issues. Servicing was pricier than usual and unclear why car has recurrent PPF issue (this time filter has been changed). My car is only 3.5 years old and has had 3 regen. This is highly unusual for a petrol car with my usage
