I booked a 9am appointment to have access to my car in the afternoon, yet the work wasn't complete until nearly 6pm, despite being told on the day that if I arrived by 5pm (which I did) it would be ready. I am now out of pocket for travel expenses.

The only shortfall, I had was the appointment booked through my BMW app did not book the appointment at the centre. I have to manually book the appt through the call centre again . This devoid the purpose to use the app for every step

New facility is certainly an improvement especially the parking which was a problem before. Customer waiting area is lovely, nice coffee and snacks. WiFi was perfect too so I could work. Made a nice change from my home office actually.

Our vehicle arrived at the dealership via roadside assistance because of an intermittent safety issue. The service department (Charlotte) were expecting us. Our concerns were listened to and understood. Hopefully a software update will have fixed it.

All I would add is that my car came in with a tyre pressure warning light that had appeared the day before. And it was still on post service. It would have been nice if this was picked up and repressurised.

The oil was not full on the oil change. For a £230 oil change I expect it to be full. The car was washed as part of the service and had not been dried properly so there were splodges everywhere including the windshield. There was also a scratch
