Hollis kept me well informed and quickly arranged for driver Rob to pick me up from home once car fixed. I live on my own near Rugby so this service often essential for me. Disappointed Sytner refused to provide recovery as car was not drivable.

My X3 went in for an airbag recall - they picked up a tyre issue during the complimentary inspection - Charlotte organised a new tyre with great efficiency. I was due to fly to Spain from Heathrow next day -returning in very cold wet weather etc
